Since purchasing this vessel it has spent 99.9% of its time anchored in the Noosa river with the engine run and bottom cleaned once a month with no problems. Boat is mainly used as place to stay or entertain guests as it is very roomy for a boat of its size. The engine is in excellent condition with very little use and is started reguarly. The last survey was done 3yrs ago with above average results. The yacht is very tidy in good condition.
